Our new quality control technician
We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our growing team at Lucid! Please join us in welcoming Ewan, an exceptionally talented individual with a wealth of experience and expertise in biology and quality control.
A little about Ewan…
Ewan holds a remarkable academic background, with a first-class BSc in Biology. During his studies, he gained hands-on experience in an ISO15189 accredited molecular diagnostics laboratory as part of a nationwide team. There, he played a vital role in processing patient samples, particularly in testing for the SARS-CoV-2 virus responsible for COVID-19. His experience spans across various aspects of the field, including both wet lab work and data analysis, with a strong focus on microbiology, molecular biology, genetics, and bioinformatics.
At Lucid, Ewan will be serving as a Quality Control Technician, where his responsibilities will be pivotal in ensuring that all our medical device products strictly adhere to the relevant standards.
